My aim with this blog is self- empowerment and motivation. Hopefully I will be able to inspire others in a strong healthy MIND and BODY at any age...Hoping to connect with or find more 40+ fitness ladies to inspire me but for now I'm equally inspired by all of you no matter what age! <3 I should mention I was a practicing nutritional therapist for many years so hit me up if you need any advice. Remember abs are made in the kitchen ;)
